Job Description

The Training Specialist is a key role designed for individuals who will become the future leaders of the training team within their respective factories. This position focuses on developing leadership, lean manufacturing expertise, and soft skills training to prepare for managerial roles within the company. The Training Specialist will create, refine, and deliver structured training programs, ensuring continuous workforce development and operational excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES

  • Leadership Development & Training Strategy.
  • Develop and manage training programs for employees (including DL, IDL, and staff), including defining training workflows and issuing/updating related documentation.
  • Tracking and managing employee training progress, maintaining records of training participation and certifications for each department.
  • Plan and organize training courses to enhance employees’ skills and meet job requirements.
  • Develop and maintain training management systems (e.g., E-factory, Power BI, or related platforms) to track required training, send reminders for mandatory training or recertification, and store employee certifications.
  • Manage and coordinate the training team responsible for onboarding and training new employees.
  • Identify skills gaps and create training initiatives for both operational and leadership development.
  • Work with factory leadership to align training initiatives with business goals and operational improvements.
  •  
  • Continuously assess and refine training content, SOPs, and best practices to improve knowledge transfer and productivity.

Job Requirement

Education:

  • College degree or above

Experience:

  • At least 3-5 years in production, quality, or training roles, with a focus on leadership development.

Knowledge:

  • Training programs, production environment (temp/humidity/particles)

Functional Skills:

  • English

Other Abilities:

  • Prefer in relevant Cell manufacturing field but not required
