Job Description

JOB SUMMARY 

Collaborate closely with the Project/Customer and Operations teams on all Quality Assurance activities during the new project development. This includes establishing and reviewing relevant documents to support the implementation of the Quality Assurance system or program in MP

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES 

New Product Qualification:

- Collaborate with the Project Unit (PU) team to establish a structured and consistent approach to meeting existing quality procedures and requirements.

- Work with Engineering team to review product designs, tolerances, and requirements at both product and component levels.

- Develop the qualification test plan based on the product design documents (NPQ/PEAC), and coordinate with the Lab and Engineering teams to verify test results and perform failure analysis throughout the New Product Development (NPD) stages.

Operations Quality Assurance:

- Prepare quality and technical documentation, including : Quality Control Plan , Product Specifications, and Production Check Cards

- Experienced in quality tools such as DFMEA, PFMEA, CPK, GR&R, and other manufacturing-related methodologies to support process improvement and operational excellence

Continuous Quality Improvement:

- Drive continuous improvement efforts in product design, engineering quality, and manufacturing operations.

- Support cost reduction initiatives and participate in quality and cost improvement programs

Job Requirement

- Education: A University degree with Mechatronic / Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical degree

- Experience:

+ Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing quality role, including new project quality and follow-up (open for Test Lab experience)

+ Experience collaborating with various quality functions in manufacturing processes, including SQE, MQA, OQC, IQC, and others

- Knowledge:

+ Familiar with quality tools: DFMEA, PFMEA, QCP, 5 Why, 7 tools….

+ Communication skills: English verbal & written communication skill is a must

+ Strong analytical skills to assess complex quality situation and make decisions that align with quality goal Adaptability:

+ Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing environments and manage multiple priorities effectively Risk Management:

+ Proactively identify potential quality risks and implement quality plans to reduce their impact on project schedules
