Collaborate closely with Project team ( NPI, PIE,ME,IE…) & Customer to drive all quality qualification activities from initial qualification (ESB/EB/QB/PP/FMP) through to issue within the Quality Control department. This includes establishing and reviewing relevant quality documents to support the implementation in Mass Production
Provide quality leadership, project management expertise, and technical knowledge in all aspects of product analytics.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES
New Product Qualification:
- Collaborate with the project team to support key project meetings, including project kick-off, design reviews, and product release.
- Closely coordinate with Engineering, PIE, and Lab teams during sample builds and testing qualification activities.
- Review and approve all quality and technical documentation, including SER, product check cards, and product specifications.
- Manage customer feedback and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Represent the QE team in communicating project status, risks, and key decisions to management, ensuring clear understanding and alignment.
- Provide quality leadership in defining and scoping QE responsibilities for all aspects of manufacturing, ensuring a smooth transition from development to mass production.
