Responsible for identifying, preventing, and investigating security incidents to ensure a safe environment across all Milwaukee sites. This role involves intelligence gathering, incident response, coordination with security teams, and collaboration with local authorities.
- Monitor and assess potential security threats; stay alert to risks at all times.
- Take proactive measures to prevent losses and incidents. Lead investigations into security breaches, thefts, or misconduct.
- Conduct interviews and gather evidence from various sources.
- Collect and analyze intelligence to guide preventive actions.
- Coordinate, train, and evaluate security guards to ensure effectiveness.
- Identify site-specific security needs and recommend solutions to management.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with security staff, police, and local authorities
- Develop, implement, and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all security operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Perform additional security-related tasks as assigned.
