JOB SUMMARY
The HR-ER Senior Specialist is responsible for enhancing and optimizing HR-ER processes by analyzing and monitoring key metrics. This role focuses on standardizing procedures, centralizing data, ensuring smooth data flow across sections, and managing HR-ER reports and metrics.
In addition, the role supports related areas such as compliance, employee engagement activities, internal regulations, HR-ER systems, onboarding and offboarding processes, and other initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES
Processes and Procedures:
- Analyze current HR-ER processes and procedures to identify gaps and improvement areas.
- Collaborate with relevant HR sections to improve and standardize processes and procedures.
- Centralize and monitor HR-ER procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Data Flow and Centralization:
- Standardize data formats and templates to ensure consistency across HR functions.
- Analyze the data flow across HR sections and develop standardized processes for seamless data transition.
- Centralize shared HR-ER data to improve accessibility, accuracy, and efficiency.
Metrics and Reports:
- Develop dashboards to measure and track key HR-ER metrics effectively.
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of relevant data to support decision-making.
- Prepare data and reports for ad-hoc requests as needed.
Others:
- Support employee engagement activities, including team building, year-end parties, birthday celebrations, and other events.
- Assist with internal communication efforts, such as announcements and information dissemination to employees.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Perform other tasks assigned by direct manager.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience in similar roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge
- Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
- Knowledge of HR metrics, data analysis, and reporting.
- Familiarity with Microsoft applications (SharePoint, Power Automate, Excel).
Functional Skills
- Ability to analyze and optimize HR workflows for efficiency and collaboration.
- Strong data management skills, including centralization, reporting, and dashboard creation.
- Experience in standardizing and implementing HR procedures and documentation processes.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify gaps and implement improvements.
Other Abilities
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Good presentation skills; experience in delivering presentations is a plus.
