Job Summary :
• This position focuses on purchasing finance, with a strong emphasis on cost analysis (e.g., materials/MRO spend), supplier data analysis and sourcing KPIs. The role will support the Assistant Finance Manager in collaborating with various partners to prepare and coordinate information for specific projects and regular analyses related to Vietnam, Asia.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist the Assistant Manager in acting as a business partner with role focusing on Non- Material (MRO) and Material transactions of the Purchasing Department in Vietnam
• Working with the MRO/Inhouse Purchasing team and support them with various Finaancial information including (but not limited to) detail transactions, category spend, monthly and accumulated savings per Category.
• Coordinate with Regional team/ PRC team to ensure the accuracy of data reported on behalf of Purchasing team including (but not limited to) Spend and Savings for each Category
• Directly prepare the CEO Review Presentation monthly for VN MRO/Inhouse Spending and Savings, including analyzing the system data and validate them with Purchasing team beforehand.
• Update, maintain and improve the VN MRO/Inhouse Power BI as well as working with PRC team to combine PRC data and build a BI to report for both teams.
• Support all members of MRO Purchasing with variance and root cause analysis.
• Support Purchasing Finance team with pushing and reminding other teams with deadlines and tasks.
• Support the Assistant Manager with ad-hocs report and other tasks as requested.
• Role might be extended to other scopes within the PUR FIN team.
1. Academic Bachelor Degree, major in Finance/ Accounting
Good in English (Business communication ) Knowledge of Mandarin/ Cantonese is a plus
Must have strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI Good presentation skills
2. Years of experience 3-5 years experience in Finance/ Management Accounting with some exposure in Manufacturing environment or in a Financial Analyst role.
Experience working in a Multi-national company
3. Special knowledge Be open minded and adaptive to new practice/ environment Very good interpersonal skills with positive attitude toward other team members and the company.
Very good Problem solving and multi-tasking skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
4. Other skills Nice to have some experience working with small-size and mid-size Vietnamese/ Chinese companies.
Nice to have some sales/purchasing exposure.
Nice to have some experience with ERP system Hand-ons personalities and can-do attitude.
*Working Location: SHTP - Dist. 9 - HCMC. Shuttle bus from HCM, Binh Duong and Dong Nai are available
