Job Description

Results-oriented and Experienced Network Professional demonstrating strong skills in the independent management and execution of overseeing complex network domain projects and operational activities. Excels at diagnosing and resolving intricate technical challenges to deliver innovative solutions and efficiency, addressing core business needs. Communicates clearly and collaboratively across technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Own the End-to-End Network Infrastructure Lifecycle: Design, implement, support, and troubleshoot comprehensive network infrastructure solutions encompassing wired/wireless networks, IT/OT/CCTV, structured cabling, and IT Computer/Hub room facilities.
  • Drive Proactive Infrastructure Expansion: Plan and execute the timely scaling of IT infrastructure to align with and support the Company's construction, operational project plans, and growth objectives.
  • Manage Infrastructure Documentation & Lifecycle: Oversee and maintain accurate information/documentation (layouts, configurations, maintenance records, recovery procedures) for all IT/network/communication equipment throughout construction, commissioning, and operational phases.
  • Ensure Asset & Configuration Integrity: Maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), execute rigorous inventory control, and manage asset lifecycle processes for all network and infrastructure devices to ensure accuracy and compliance. 
  • Conduct Proactive Network & Security Assurance: Perform regular network performance assessments, capacity planning analyses, and comprehensive network/systems security vulnerability audits and patching accordingly.
  • Vendor & Service Management: Manage relationships, performance with technical vendors, contractors, and infrastructure consultants. Establish, monitor, and enforce service-level agreements (SLAs) for IT infrastructure services.
  • Oversee Service Delivery & Escalation: Process and resolve escalated tickets and service requests efficiently and within defined timelines, providing technical guidance and ensuring end-user satisfaction.
  • Manage Critical Infrastructure Projects: taking ownership of schedule (time), scope, execution, risk, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful service delivery on time.

Job Requirement

  • Working place: SHTP, District 9 - HCMC. TTi provides shuttle bus from Bình Dương, Đồng Nai & HCMC
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
  • CCNP, JNCIS-ENT, NSE4 Certified..
  • Minimum 5 years of experience
  • Fluent communication in English
  • Core Networking & Infrastructure: Advanced Routing & Switching: Expert-level design, implementation, and troubleshooting of complex networks utilizing VLAN (802.1Q), VXLAN, STP/MSTP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, DMVPN, MPLS, SD-WAN, and routing redistribution strategies. Hands-on experience deploying and managing Load Balancing & Global Traffic Management.
  • Wireless Networking: In-depth knowledge of 802.11 standards (including Wi-Fi 6/6E/7 - 802.11ax/be), Wireless LAN Controllers (WLC), and enterprise-grade wireless network design and optimization.
  • IP Services & Automation: Strong operational knowledge of core services (DNS, DHCP) and foundational understanding of Software-Defined Networking (SDN) principles.
  • Network Hardware: Extensive experience configuring, deploying, and managing enterprisegrade Routers, Switches, and Firewalls from leading vendors (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Ruckus, Aruba...)
  • Have experience in Physical Infrastructure & Facilities: Structured Copper and Optical Cabling Systems - Data Center & IT Room Facilities: UPS systems, FM200 fire suppression, precision cooling systems, power distribution, and physical security (access control, environmental monitoring...).
  • Tools & Documentation: Network & Infrastructure Documentation: Proficient in producing detailed technical diagrams using industry-standard tools (Microsoft Visio, Draw.io), including network topologies, IT/ELV (Extra-Low Voltage) room layouts, rack elevations, and cabling schematics. 
  • Strong sense of responsibility, continuous improvement, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to work with all levels of staff within and outside of IT and outside the organization.
  • Having a customer service mindset.
  • Team player with good interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new technology.
