Job Description

The Senior Clerk provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the department. This role involves handling maintenance-related documentation, data management, coordination with internal teams, and support for procurement and personnel administration.

  • Monitor the usage of spare parts and coordinate with the warehouse to replenish inventory as needed.
  • Support administrative tasks such as attendance tracking, updating training records, and preparing safety documentation for the Maintenance team.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Department, ensuring effective coordination, documentation, and communication across internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Handle assigned tasks and ad-hoc activities to support departmental operations.

Job Requirement

  • Education: College degree or higher
  • 1–2 years of working experience in a Manufacturing Company, preferably in the Maintenance Department or related areas.
  • Experience in data management, personnel administration, and procurement is an advantage.
  • Basic English for email writing and everyday communication.
  • Knowledge of Chinese is an advantage.
  • Proficient in ERP systems (Oracle).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Dash board Power BI, etc.). 
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Effective presentation and information delivery skills.
