Job Description

JOB SUMMARY
Sourcing and cost manage w/ Eng. background.

Have team leader experience is MUST.

Years’ experience in power tool business is preferred.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES
1.Leading sourcing and supply chain management team in Vietnam

1.1Outsourcing support in Vietnam.

1.2Handle the RFQ process.

1.3Monitor supplier finish goods production and components supply/manufacturing of regular and promo shipments

1.4Monitor supplier delivery of regular and promo shipments

1.5Monitor and reinforce supply chain on-time delivery performance.

1.6Trouble shooting for any problem happen in production or components supply.

1.7Other ad hoc required 1.8Duty might be adjusted per actual business required.

2.Leading Projects and Engineering in Vietnam

2.1Cost tracking

2.2Schedule expediting

2.3Participate in conference calls with global team

2.4Problem solving. Finding and driving solutions to the problems and constraints Identified.

2.5From PIR (Project start) to production

2.6keeping all parties informed via tracking tools – MS Projects, PSRs, Project Log Sheets, Projects Status Report & CCDR and other documentation on Projects

2.7Weekly conference calls and minutes updates.

2.8Contact Windows – supplier’s project teams and RTI (US team) engineering. Single contact window approach to each supplier.

2.9Current projection support

Job Requirement

Education
Bachelor degree of Business Administration/Mechanical Engineer or MBA
Experience
Minimum 8 years experience for Manufacturing company, 3 years in project or supply chain management
Knowledge
Sourcing and cost manage w/ Eng. background. Have team leader experience is MUST. Years’ experience in power tool business is preferred.
Functional Skills
English: Fluent Chinese: Fluent Microsoft office: word/excel/PPT/project etc.
Other Abilities
Good at communication/teamwork/problem-solving etc

Hybrid working model: online work, supplier visits, and occasional trips to the plant
