1) 100% onsite in production line.
2) Confirm issues immediately when happening issue base on guildline with SQE to avoid any
impact and confuse between production and IPQC.
3) Support SQE contact to suppliers (shift day/shift night) on site that give out the quick
actions to avoid impact production line, incoming materials.
4) Trial and verify the NG samples, contact with internal stakeholder such as : Warehouse,
ME, Production,...arrange sample, line, operator and fixture.
5) Support SQE prepare SOP/WI for third party or supplier sorting.
6) Arrange area for supplier and random check to verify sorting status of supplier.
7) Monitor sorting status of third party or supplier follow up factory requirement and double
check sorting result of supplier via AQL random check before release OK quantity to
Warehouse/Production line.
8) Support SQE member absent at factory when he/she is auditing or on site at supplier,
annual leave, turn back China,...
9) Work direct with SQA on site and prevent issued parts via production date, issued
status,...to minimize or eliminate issue come to TTI.
10) Follow up abnormal material that verify and impact to line downtime
