Supply Chain Project Supervisor (Free Shuttle Bus)

Job Summary:

• Supply chain (OPD/Shipping – Customs) project lead
• Co-ordinate and complete IT projects of Supply chain
• Supply chain process continous improvement

Responsibilities:

• Support continous improvement in VN and project management with PRC and HK Project management teams to achieve high efficiency and errorless
• Leading the IT project for OPD/Shipping – Customs: co-ordinate with related team to study logic, workflow & system platform/design and final UAT (User acceptance testing) before projects go live
• Support the supply chain task in critical period (such as: data analysis/ Ecus submission for Customs settlement report or Post clearance audit)
• Prepare all kind of reports required by superior
• Other tasks assigned by superior
• In addition to the duties listed above, the position holder must carry out other tasks assigned by his/ her linear superior for back-up.

• University degree in business administration, Economics, customs colleges or related majors
• At least 5 years works in the scope of import export in an international company (EPE is preferable
• Experience working with IT/WH/FA is preferable
• Good knowledge of import – export, supply chain process of manufacturing company
• Good knowledge of customs regulation 
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Good in office computer; System (ORC, SAP ERP, ECUS); PPT, presentation
• Logical thinking, analytical skills, technical mindset, time management
