[URGENT] NPI Engineer - Cu Chi

Working location: Tan Phu Trung Industrial Park - Having shuttle bus from HCMC, Bình Duong

JOB SUMMARY

Handle the new version projects from PRC to VN.

Follow up projects to meet delivery time and quality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES

1. Work according to policies and procedures set by CPT.

2. Follow up the transfer of power tools production from PRC to VN from initiation till mass production release.

3. Work with multiple teams (engineering, quality, lab, supplier…) to test, evaluate and validate transfer components.

4. Facilitate project flow including regular contact with other functional team members.

5. Keep track project schedule and ensure the adherence to milestones; keep Assistant Engineering Manager informed on project issues.

6. Prepare all the product documents, i.e. Feasibility study report, CAD drawing, FMEA, FEA, Product Specification, etc.. for review.

7. Interact with suppliers to develop part/product specifications that meet performance requirements and ensure on time delivery.

8. Involved in failure analysis activities, work with Engineering, SQE, suppliers for solution/improvement and follow up the implementation.

9. Update engineering documents include CAD drawing, BOM, ECO, SER, etc. and follow up for review and release.

10. Provide support to project engineer as necessary.

Education: Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or related fields

Experience: Min 2 years relevant working experience in Engineering or Manufacturing

Good English communication, verbal and written.

Knowledge:

1. Familiar with product evaluation and validation process.

2. Knowledge of PCBA manufacturing and diagnosis is a plus.

3. Knowledge of Motor manufacturing and diagnosis is a plus.

4. Good at GD&T, 2D and 3D CAD (NX, ProE).

5. Familiar with product safety approval such as HSF, RoHS.

6. Good computer skills, familiar with ERP (SAP, Oracle) and PLM (Teamcenter).
