Job Description

JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for a Process & Systems Engineer to improve how our warehouses work.
This role will lead improvement projects, upgrade processes and systems, check daily performance, and find better ways to increase productivity, quality, safety, and cost efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIE:

1. PROJECT MANAGEMENT:
• Lead warehouse improvement projects from start to finish.
• Make clear project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Work with different teams (Operations, IT, Safety, etc.) and help people adopt new ways of working.


2. SYSTEM & PROCESS DEVLOPMENT:
• Design and improve warehouse processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Make key warehouse activities run better (receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, returns).
• Support improvements and updates to the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Create clear work standards and processes that can grow with the business.


3. PROCESS EVALUATION & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT:
• Study how work is done (time and motion studies).
• Find bottlenecks and improve processes using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.
• Review warehouse layout, material flow, and storage space to make better use of the facility.
• Check if processes are followed correctly through regular audits.


4. DATA ANALYSIS & REPORTING:
• Collect and analyze warehouse data to find problems and opportunities.

• Build simple dashboards and KPI reports.
• Find the root cause of issues and prepare clear recommendations with ROI.
 

Job Requirement

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, or similar.

2. Experience: 3–7 years of experience in warehouse operations, industrial engineering, or supply chain.

3. Knowledge:

- Good knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement tools.
- Experience working with WMS and warehouse operations.
- Strong Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
- Good project management, problem-solving, and communication skills
