Job Summary

The Customer Quality Assurance Engineer ensures products meet internal and external quality standards before shipment, handles customer complaints, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer complaints, returns, and quality requirements.
  • Conduct root cause analysis, dimensional checks, and coordinate with customers to verify corrective and preventive actions.
  • Lead Out of Box Audits (OBA), Use Tests, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with IPQA to analyze data, implement containment, and drive corrective, preventive, and continuous improvement actions.
  • Support OBA & Use Test Supervisor in team management and training.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to meet delivery and production goals while maintaining quality standards.
  • Maintain and enhance TTI’s quality management systems.

Job Requirement

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum 4 years of quality-related experience, particularly in handling customer complaints. Familiarity with metal, plastic, electrical, or electronic products is a plus.
  • Proficient in quality tools and methods (Six Sigma, ISO 9001, FMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, APQP, MSA, SPC, DOE, 8D). Six Sigma Green Belt certification is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
  • Proficient in MS Office and Outlook.
