Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

  • Work closely with regional product management teams (North America, Europe, Australia) and development teams (Hong Kong, China, Vietnam)
  • Support customer business development objectives, including:
    • New Product Development (NPD)
    • Management of on-going product lines
    • Cost improvement initiatives

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES

1. New Product Development (NPD)

  • Conduct new product opportunity assessment and benchmarking
  • Prepare product cost estimations and quotations
  • Perform financial analysis and commercial justification for new projects
  • Track and manage project cost and timeline
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
  • Present project status updates to management

2. Account Management

  • Provide account management support and reporting to overseas business units
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams on daily product, supply chain, and order processing issues
  • Handle customer complaints and quality concerns
  • Support system and database maintenance

3. Product Line Management

  • Initiate and manage Cost Improvement Projects (CIP)
  • Support customer requests including:
    • Quotation
    • Order placement
    • Development of promotional products
  • Drive business improvement and supply chain initiatives

4. Others

  • Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned
  • Report to and support Senior Manager in:
    • Daily Vietnam operations
    • Process development
    • Customer visits

 

Job Requirement

REQUIREMENTS

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing (consumer products or electronics)
  • Strong understanding of factory operations

Knowledge

  • Solid knowledge of finance, accounting, trading, and import/export activities
  • Experience working with product development or consumer goods projects

Functional Skills

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken)
  • Experience with ERP systems (preferably Oracle)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Other Abilities

  • Willing to learn, proactive, and self-motivated
  • Strong team player with good communication skills
  • Well-organized with a positive “can-do” attitude

Working Location

Tan Phu Trung IZ - Cu Chi. Shuttle bus from HCM, Binh Duong and Dong Nai are available.
