Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

Negotiating with suppliers
Emphasis on data analysis
Fluent chinese speaker, with high proficiency in english

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES

Supplier identification
Analyze cost breakdowns to identify discrepancies, and to verify savings
Supplier negotiation for commercial terms
Thorough communication with external and internal teams in chinese

Job Requirement

Education:

BA business administration
Fluent chinese speaker, with high proficiency in english

Experience:

Minimum 2 years experience in manufacturing and sourcing

Knowledge:

Should know supplier onboarding process, sourcing general process, and manufacturing process in terms of CDs, Incoterms. If candidate has prior experience in commodities like PCBA, wires, plastic injection, blow molding, resin price, would be better.

Functional Skills:

SQL for database querying, data cleaning, and proficiency in tools like Excel, applying critical thinking to interpret data and proactively identifying business problems to solve.
Fluent chinese speaker, with high proficiency in english

Other Abilities:

Relationship management and negotiation to ensure high-quality, cost-effective, and sustainable supply
