Document Control Specialist

JOB SUMMARY

This engineer will take charge of Quality System Management. Work closely with all cross-functional teams to drive, implement, and maintain the quality system and continuous improvement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES

• Implement and maintain company quality systems in compliance with TTI, ISO 9001, C-TPAT, and UL requirements.

• Conduct/organize quality programs, including internal/external audits.

• Perform audit activities, including pre-audit planning, audit execution and evaluation, and post-audit follow-up and recommendations.

• Assist functional departments with the development and implementation of corrective and preventive action plans to improve quality compliance.

• Work cross-functionally to establish quality requirements.

• Be familiar with QMS software such as HQMS and Redcert to set up and monitor new programs supporting QMS, such as Document Control, Deviation, Specification Management, Non-conformance, Product Declarations, Change Management, etc.

• Conduct product and service risk assessments to control and mitigate potential new risks.

• Establish SOP procedures and processes to close gaps; develop quality documents and deploy quality system processes.

• Provide training and guidance on all procedures and processes according to QMS, ISO, C-TPAT, and UL requirements.

• Communicate between different plants and sites to ensure the “copy-smart” philosophy is followed.

REQUIREMENTS

Education

• Bachelor Degree

Experience

• Minimum experience in Quality System Management.

Knowledge

• Deep knowledge of QMS and auditing skills.

Functional Skills

• Deep knowledge of ISO 9001:2015.

• Qualified ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor.

• Knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 18001, C-TPAT, and UL.

• Certified Auditor is preferred.

• Good English, both written and spoken, with strong communication skills.

• Good team player with a positive approach.
