Electronics Engineer (Process) - Cu Chi

Working location: Tan Phu Trung Industrial Park (Cu Chi) - Having shuttle bus from HCMC, Binh Duong, Thu Duc City

Job Summary: Apart of PIE of TTI, Electronics Engineer provide electronics solution for New Product Introduction, especially for battery pack, while complying to the requirements of the business and transfer project from the other TTI sides.

Role & Responsibilities

- Failure analysis of the product which well understanding to electronics foundation such as schematic, block diagram. Quick response & handling for production line-down issues.

- Strong at production troubleshooting ability.

- Work with new project team to ensure the DFM/DFA of new product & process during the New Product Development to Mass Productions phase.

- Knowledge of PFMEA and the ability to coordinate PFMEA execution. - Identifying and implementing process improvements to reduce costs, minimise waste and increase efficiency.

- Compliance with safety, health, ESD, environmental and machine standard regulations/approvals. - Able to work & cooperate in cross-functional team environment, with close communications with production, quality and R&D.

- Have a basic knowledge about Lean – Six sigma.

- Create enthusiasm among employees on the vision/strategy/targets, create a motivating environment, delegate tasks, correctly define scope of action, and check individual results in a respectful manner.

- On time target attainment and fulfilment of sub-projects/tasks.

- Encourage exchange, allow for critical opinions, stand up for own opinion.

1. Academic
   - Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or related field.

2. Years of experience
   - Minimum 2 years of working experience in Electronics Manufacturing.
   - Experience in PCBA design is an advantage.
   - Experience in change-management process.

3. Special knowledge
   - Experience with soldering, resistance welding, and laser welding is preferred.
   - Knowledge of cell, battery pack, power tool products would be advantageous.

4. Other skills
   - Communication: Good communication in English
   - Professional Software: Orcad, Altium …
