Job Description

Inspection:

Perform In-Process Quality audit to check the compliance of production operator, machine setting, production handling following to working instruction, check-card and IPQC form
Perform Outgoing Quality Control for the finished goods, ensure all products meet internal / external quality standards before shipping by following check-card and OQC form
Provide decision for the non-conformance/ unsure products raised by production operators or from IPQC/OQC technician
Record all of findings during the audit, inspection and report to the superior
Quarantine and labelling the non-conformance products for further disposition
Perform compliance audit to detect potential issue proactively
Perform troubleshooting for product quality issue

IPQC/OQC technician management:

Training/coaching the IPQC/OQC technician
Handle escalated topics from IPQC/OQC technician (inspector) and report to higher levels if it cannot solve
Arrange, assign inspection plan when there is a change in team such as missing operator, working overtime
Review IPQC/OQC report daily, give feedback to update/correct
Report to the superiors such as engineer/manager including phone contact (if working shift) to get the quality issue solved

Kiểm tra chất lượng (Inspection):

Thực hiện kiểm tra chất lượng trong quá trình sản xuất (In-Process Quality Audit) để đánh giá việc tuân thủ của công nhân sản xuất, cài đặt máy móc, thao tác sản xuất theo đúng hướng dẫn công việc, thẻ kiểm tra (check-card) và biểu mẫu IPQC.
Thực hiện kiểm tra chất lượng đầu ra (Outgoing Quality Control) cho thành phẩm, đảm bảo tất cả sản phẩm đáp ứng tiêu chuẩn chất lượng nội bộ và bên ngoài trước khi xuất hàng, theo đúng thẻ kiểm tra (check-card) và biểu mẫu OQC.
Đưa ra quyết định đối với sản phẩm không phù hợp hoặc sản phẩm nghi ngờ do công nhân sản xuất hoặc kỹ thuật viên IPQC/OQC phát hiện.
Ghi nhận tất cả phát hiện trong quá trình đánh giá, kiểm tra và báo cáo cho cấp trên.
Cách ly và dán nhãn sản phẩm không phù hợp để xử lý tiếp theo.
Thực hiện kiểm tra tuân thủ để phát hiện sớm các vấn đề tiềm ẩn.
Thực hiện khắc phục sự cố liên quan đến chất lượng sản phẩm.

Quản lý kỹ thuật viên IPQC/OQC:

Đào tạo/huấn luyện kỹ thuật viên IPQC/OQC.
Xử lý các vấn đề được kỹ thuật viên IPQC/OQC (nhân viên kiểm tra) chuyển lên, và báo cáo cho cấp cao hơn nếu không thể giải quyết.
Sắp xếp, phân công kế hoạch kiểm tra khi có thay đổi trong đội ngũ như thiếu người, làm thêm giờ.
Rà soát báo cáo IPQC/OQC hàng ngày, đưa ra phản hồi để cập nhật/chỉnh sửa.
Báo cáo cho cấp trên (kỹ sư/quản lý), bao gồm cả liên hệ qua điện thoại (nếu làm ca) để kịp thời xử lý vấn đề chất lượng.

Job Requirement

College above and majored in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Science
At least than 3 years in QA/QC area in previous companies
Using ERP system to traceback material, PO#, SO#,..
Knowing/using measurement equipment such as caliper, feeler gauge, micrometer, block gauge, height gauge, microscope (preferable optical machine, CMM,..)
Strong quality mindset, discipline and follow requirement strictly
Able to use some basic office programs like excel, email,.. for recording and reporting
Capable of developing and driving team to achieve results
Good communication, listening and interpersonal skills
Able to work effectively without direct supervision
A self-starter with a ‘hands-on’ approach. Eager to drive key initiatives
Team player

Yêu cầu công việc:

Tốt nghiệp cao đẳng trở lên, chuyên ngành Kỹ thuật Cơ khí, Kỹ thuật Công nghiệp hoặc Khoa học.
Có ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực QA/QC tại các công ty trước đây.
Biết sử dụng hệ thống ERP để truy xuất nguồn gốc vật liệu, PO#, SO#,...
Có kiến thức/sử dụng thành thạo các thiết bị đo lường như thước cặp, thước lá, panme, block gauge, thước đo cao, kính hiển vi (ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm với máy đo quang học, CMM,...).
Tư duy chất lượng mạnh mẽ, kỷ luật và tuân thủ nghiêm ngặt yêu cầu.
Sử dụng được các phần mềm văn phòng cơ bản như Excel, Email,... để ghi chép và báo cáo.
Có khả năng phát triển và thúc đẩy đội nhóm đạt được kết quả.
Kỹ năng giao tiếp, lắng nghe và quan hệ cá nhân tốt.
Có khả năng làm việc hiệu quả mà không cần giám sát trực tiếp.
Chủ động, tinh thần “hands-on”, nhiệt huyết triển khai các sáng kiến quan trọng.
Có tinh thần đồng đội (team player).
