Job Description

Job Purpose: Support NPI engineers during new product launches.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with NPI to submit samples to the lab after build completion.
Perform sample teardown upon request after lab testing is completed.
Manage EB/QB sample inventory.
Follow up on scrapping samples after product release.
Prepare HSF documentation and send out samples for testing.
Support laser engraving and arrange shipment of samples to customers after build completion.

Mục đích công việc: Hỗ trợ kỹ sư NPI trong quá trình triển khai sản phẩm mới.

Trách nhiệm

Phối hợp với NPI để gửi mẫu đến phòng LAB sau khi hoàn tất build.
Thực hiện teardown (phân tích/ tháo rã) mẫu theo yêu cầu sau khi LAB hoàn tất kiểm tra.
Quản lý tồn kho mẫu EB/QB.
Theo dõi việc hủy mẫu sau khi sản phẩm được phát hành.
Chuẩn bị tài liệu HSF và gửi mẫu đi kiểm tra.
Hỗ trợ khắc laser và sắp xếp gửi mẫu cho khách hàng sau khi hoàn tất build.

Job Requirement

Education: Vocational school graduate.

Willing to work in shift (day shift/ night shift)

Experience

2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing company.
Warehouse experience is preferred.

Knowledge

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Basic English communication skills are a plus.

Có thể làm việc theo ca: Ca ngày/ Ca đêm

Kinh nghiệm

Có 2–3 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong công ty sản xuất.
Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm kho.

Kiến thức

Thành thạo Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Có khả năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh cơ bản là một lợi thế.
