Job Description

Lead and coordinate Operations activities for assigned NPD projects, providing DFM/DFA input and driving readiness, risk identification, and closure with cross-functional teams.
Assess process feasibility and product design for manufacturability, reviewing tolerances, materials, assembly flow, ergonomics, and process documentation.
Plan and validate manufacturing processes by leading trials and builds, defining critical parameters, fixtures, quality controls, and ensuring risks are addressed through PFMEA.
Drive issue resolution and risk mitigation during builds through root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions prior to mass production.
Prepare and maintain process documentation and support launch readiness, ramp-up, and handover to manufacturing teams.
Consolidate and report build status, key issues, risks, readiness progress, and project updates to management.

Job Requirement

- Basic understanding of project phases, timelines, and risk handling or Project management.

- LEAN manufacturing.

- Knowledge of build stages (EB/QB/PP/1st MP) and release/change approval flow.

- DFM/DFA and technical feasibility assessment.

- Process engineering, layout, and cycle time analysis.

- Fixture/tooling requirements and process documentation.

- PFMEA, control plan, and risk mitigation.

- Build readiness, validation, and issue resolution
