Process Engineer/ Senior Engineer - Dau Giay (Having shuttle bus)

Working location: Dau Giay Industrial Park - Having shuttle bus from HCMC, Dong Nai, Thu Duc City

JOB SUMMARY

• Be responsibility for Production Line Troubleshooting.

• Be responsible for Efficiency Improvement.

• Building the Line Standard and Auditing production compliance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES

• Work with relevant departments for production line troubleshooting (material, man, machine, method).

• Process Efficiency & Quality improvement (Short and Long-term improvement)

• Work with cross function for rework method & routing definition.

• Analysis timely, find the root cause and effective action/solution.

• IPQC/OQC reject analysis. Line down follows up & improvement.

• Line audit, Gemba Walk.

• Making the Weekly report for all issue and actions related to IPQC/OQC.

• Support ME (Manufacturing Engineering) team for running NPD project if needed.

• Support IE (Industrial Engineering) team for reviewing the method or WI if ne

Education: University, Major in Electric-Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical, Industrial related

Good communication skills in English

Experience: 

• At least 2 years working experience in electronics/electrical field, experience in Root cause analysis, or quality troubleshooting

- Process or Production Engineering Field is an advance 

Knowledge 

• Good at PFMEA, VSM

• DOE is a plus

• Troubleshooting Tools

• Lean manufacturing

• Fluent in WORD / EXCEL software and working knowledge
