Job Description

Chịu trách nhiệm bảo trì thiết bị sản xuất và thực hiện chương trình 5S tại dây chuyền sản xuất

Thực hiện 5S và bảo trì thiết bị, máy móc trong dây chuyền sản xuất nhằm đảm bảo chúng luôn trong tình trạng hoạt động tốt để đáp ứng mục tiêu và định hướng của tổ chức.
Triển khai phương pháp TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) nhằm duy trì tình trạng vận hành ổn định của máy móc và tiêu chuẩn vệ sinh cao tại khu vực máy và xung quanh.
Hiểu rõ quy trình sản xuất, tài liệu hướng dẫn vận hành, các tiêu chuẩn sản xuất và tài liệu liên quan trong quy trình sản xuất.
Phối hợp với kỹ sư thiết bị/quy trình để xử lý các sự cố thiết bị lặp lại thông qua phương pháp phân tích nguyên nhân và cải tiến liên tục.
Duy trì nhật ký thiết bị sản xuất một cách hiệu quả, ghi chép các sự cố, quá trình điều tra và hành động khắc phục đã thực hiện.
Tuân thủ các quy tắc làm việc an toàn.

Responsible for the production equipment maintenance and 5S program in production line

Carry out 5S, maintenance on production equipment and machinery to ensure they are in good working condition in order to meet the organization’s objective and goal.
Implement TPM methodology to ensure consistent machine operating condition and high standard of housekeeping of machine and vicinity.
Understand production process, operation manual, production standards, relevant documents in production process.
Team up with equipment/process engineer on chronic equipment failure through appropriate trouble-shooting and continuous improvement methodology
Maintain effective records on production equipment logbook on equipment failure, investigation and corrective action taken
Comply with safe work practices.

Job Requirement

Trình độ học vấn: Trung cấp hoặc Cao đẳng
Kinh nghiệm: Từ 2 năm trở lên
Kiến thức: Có hiểu biết về môi trường phòng khô và phòng sạch là một lợi thế
Kỹ năng: 5S / Bảo trì thiết bị và Kaizen
Kỹ năng khác: Sử dụng thành thạo Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PPT)
CHẤP NHẬN LÀM VIỆC THEO CA (Ca ngày/ Ca đêm)
Education: Intermediate or College degree
Experience: 2 years and above
Knowledge: Dry room and Clean room environment is a plus
Skills: 5S/ Equipment maintenance and Kaizen
Other skills: Microsoft office (Word/Excel/PPT)
