We are seeking an experienced and highly analytical Security Investigator to join our Security team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading Investigation programs and executing investigations into security incidents, policy violations, theft, fraud, and threats of workplace violence across our manufacturing plants and supply chain network. You will partner closely with other departments to ensure a safe, secure, and compliant work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Investigation program for the security department, including: SOP development, case management and analytic, investigation training, quality assurance of investigation reports.
Incident Investigation: Lead end-to-end investigations into allegations of wrongdoings and other security incidents.
Evidence Collection & Analysis: Review and analyze physical and digital evidence, including CCTV footage, access control logs, inventory records, and supply chain data.
Interviewing: Conduct professional, unbiased interviews with complainants, witnesses, and subjects of investigation.
Reporting: Draft comprehensive, accurate, and timely investigation reports detailing findings, root causes, and actionable recommendations for management.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various departments to implement corrective actions and preventive actions to mitigate risks.
Law Enforcement Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies during criminal investigations.
Act as a key point of contact for other departments, management, and law enforcement in security-related matters.
Respond to and manage security incidents, emergencies, and alarms. Prepare detailed incident reports and escalate issues as needed.
Drive enforcement on staff compliance with company’s policies (safety, security, internal working regulations).
Assist Security Director/ Manager in leading the Security Departments.
Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in law, People’s Security/ Police, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Experience: 3–5+ years of investigative experience in corporate security, loss prevention, or law enforcement.
Industry Knowledge: Prior experience working in a manufacturing, industrial, warehousing, or supply chain environment is highly preferred.
Skills: Exceptional critical thinking, verbal and written communication skills, and proficiency with incident management software and video management systems (VMS).
Availability: Ability to respond to emergency incidents outside of standard business hours; willing to work night shift for short period when required.
