Leading overall E-factory program from Manufacturing side to define and implement digitalization strategy, projects to SHTP factory. Being a key driver for digitalization maturity increasement that ties in with Lean manufacturing development.
Partner with IT and MFG teams to define E-factory strategic initiatives as well as deployment plan including budget planning for essential resources, prepare project documentations, and conduct project meetings with external and internal parties to ensure implementation details meet requirements.
Track progress across the full portfolio of E-factory strategic initiatives and projects.
Communicate regularly with initiative leaders to ensure that developments, changes and issues are recorded, any challenges or obstacles are quickly identified, and issues / problems are resolved.
Mainly focus on projects that are more complex and involve multi teams, multi technology, multi-areas across MFG and or multi variations. The scope can be full project management or only coordination of multiple projects
Produce recurring PM reporting for a range of senior stakeholders including the BU leaders, Factory Management, and IT Management Team in Digitalization development progress as required.
Provide project support to initiative leaders in areas including project requirements collections and analysis, work planning, KPI targeting, and general project management.
Provide technical expertise as well as being point of contact with Manufacturing leaders that sustain digitalization initiatives
Conduct regular workshop for CI and digitalization, automation development that are integrated to Lean manufacturing system and building culture of data driven decision making at Milwaukee SHTP
Job Requirement
Requirements
Degree in Operational IT, IE or related disciplines.
Strong experience in leading digital factory strategy and projects as part of Lean manufacturing system development with proven track record in complex manufacturing environments.
PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar certifications are preferred.
Enterprise-level business project experience with strong process analysis, design, and documentation skills
Strong leadership and result oriented mentality
Strong presentation, negotiation, organization and problem-solving skills with proven record of team building
Self-motivated, responsible and able to work independent and work under pressure.
Willing to work after office hours for ad hoc or urgent requests or projects
Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally as required by the project.
