Senior PM Engineer (Lean, TPM) - SHTP

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible build up TPM system and Maintenance System regarding Manufacturing Equipment for reliability equipment & fixture of Milwaukee product, who will work with cross-function teams to ensure all facilities in production.

The goal is to ensure the condition of equipment & fixture are robust, reliable and smoothly operation in driving for the performance of problem solving for Safety/Quality, Productivity, Cost

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES

• TPM & Continuous Improvement: Solid understanding and practical application of TPM, Lean Six Sigma, and structured problem-solving methodologies.
• Project Management: Demonstrated experience in project ownership, planning, execution, stakeholder management, and project delivery. Familiarity with PMP principles is highly preferred.
• CapEx Management: Experience in equipment investment planning, capital expenditure management, and project implementation.
• PM Pillar Knowledge: Understanding Planned Maintenance (PM) and its integration with other TPM pillars would be an advantage.
• People development:Build up successor planning for core team member and deploy technical training for team

-  Education: BS degree in Engineering or Sciences, prefer from the field of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical or Automation Engineering

- Experience: 4 years or above working experience of Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering. Preference for candidates from FMCG or highly automated manufacturing environments with exposure to advanced machinery, automation, and digitalization.

- Knowledge: Maunfacturing process

- English Communication: Working-level English communication is mandatory, particularly for cross-functional discussions and international collaboration.
