Main Tasks:
1. This position is responsible for receiving materials, storing materials and picking and delivering to production line smoothly.
2. Moving materials to right warehouse locations, attach right label on materials before storing to warehouse locator.
3. Storing materials have to follow First Expire First Out (FEFO) and First In First Out (FIFO)
4. Ensuring the physical stock and system stock are matching
5. Managing warehouse keepers to ensure safety and daily warehouse operations are smoothly
6. Leading and engaging team in continuous improvement and cost saving
7. Training for newcomers and refresh training for existing members
8. Carry out PDA daily cycle count and perform to investigate if have any discrepancies.
9. Informing to superior if have any abnormal issues such FEFO, shortage material for production plan...
10. Aging inventory monthly report
Education: Intermediate Degree/The Degree Of Associate
Willing to work in shift (day shift/ night shift)
Experience:
- At least 03 years' experience in warehouse management and team management, reporting and presentation skill.
- Have a forklift driver's license.
Knowledge: Good knowledge in warehouse management.
