Job Description

The Employer Branding Specialist plays a vital role in strengthening the company's employer brand, attracting top talent, promoting early career programs, and driving initiatives for employer branding recognition. This role collaborates closely with HR functions, Business Units, and cross-functional teams to develop and execute campaigns that position the company as an employer of choice.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES

- Plan and deliver early careers programs, including the Internship Program, Leadership Development Program, and Fresh Graduate Program.

- Lead university engagement initiatives such as Career Fairs, Campus Visits, Facility Tours, and on-campus activities to strengthen brand presence and attract young talent.

- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with universities, student organizations, and external partners to develop strong early talent pipelines.

- Manage the production, inventory, and distribution of employer branding merchandise and gifts for both internal and external initiatives.

- Collaborate with internal teams, especially Communications, to drive employee advocacy and enhance the overall employee experience.

- Track and evaluate the effectiveness of employer branding campaigns, providing actionable insights and improvement recommendations.

- Handle administrative processes including contracts, payments, and other EB-related documentation.

Job Requirement

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in employer branding, HR communications, marketing or a related area Knowledge

- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)

- A passion for people, branding, and creating positive candidate/employee experiences

- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks Functional Skills

- Experience working with universities or in-campus recruitment

- Knowledge of HR, talent acquisition, or employee engagement programs

- Photography skills is a plus
