Responsibilities
▪ To perform full range administrative support, including documents update, summary reports preparation, research and analysis, etc.
▪ Take ownership of the administration and process of the IT procurement.
▪ Coordinate with the Sourcing Team for IT resources purchase (including computer hardware, software and accessories, etc.) based on needs.
▪ Assist in expenses claims, invoice verification, payment, internal & external billing.
▪ Manage contracts and renewal.
▪ Provide secretarial and administrative support to IT management and perform ad-hoc assignments as required.
▪ Coordinate with other departments at TTI group
1.Academic
Diploma or higher qualification in Information Technology or Commerce disciplines and / or relevant experience.
2.Years of experience
At least 1 years of relevant experience in the administration role under IT department is an advantage.
Experience with IT operation and procurement is preferable.
IT knowledge is an advantage.
Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Hands-on experience with flowcharts, technical documentation and schedules.
3.Other skills
Initiative, customer-oriented, detail driven, strong sense of accountability, ownership and able to work independently.
Fluent in English.
Fluent in Mandarin Chinese is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to learn new things.
*Working Location: SHTP - HCMC, Shuttle buses are available from HCM Binh Duong and Dong Nai
