Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

The HR Specialist enhances and optimizes processes across all HR sections, including analyzing and monitoring key metrics. This role focuses on standardizing processes and procedures, centralizing HR data, ensuring smooth data flow across sections, and overseeing HR metrics and reports.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES

HR Processes and Procedures:

  • Analyze current HR processes and procedures to identify gaps and improvement areas.
  • Collaborate with relevant HR sections to improve and standardize processes and procedures.
  • Centralize and monitor HR procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.

Data Flow and Centralization:

  • Standardize data formats and templates to ensure consistency across HR functions.
  • Analyze the data flow across HR sections and develop standardized processes for seamless data transition.
  • Centralize shared HR data to improve accessibility, accuracy, and efficiency.

HR Metrics and Reports:

  • Develop dashboards to measure and track key HR metrics effectively.
  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of relevant data to support decision-making.
  • Prepare data and reports for ad-hoc requests as needed.

 

Job Requirement

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience in similar roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
  • Knowledge of HR metrics, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft applications (SharePoint, Power Automate, Excel).

Functional Skills

  • Ability to analyze and optimize HR workflows for efficiency and collaboration.
  • Strong data management skills, including centralization, reporting, and dashboard creation.
  • Experience in standardizing and implementing HR procedures and documentation processes.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify gaps and implement improvements.

Other Abilities

  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects.

Working Location: SHTP - Thu Duc City - HCMC. We will provide shuttle bus from Ho Chi Minh, Binh Duong and Dong Nai
