Job Description

JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Indirect Material Control Specialist to manage the control, procurement, and organization of indirect materials across various departments.

The specialist will ensure inventory accuracy, timely purchasing, and compliance with safety and operational standards to support smooth business operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES
• Oversee and guide the warehouse team in receiving, inspecting, and storing indirect materials safely and systematically.

• Coordinate material requests with cross-departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of indirect materials.

• Maintain an organized warehouse layout to optimize storage efficiency and facilitate easy access.

• Track and control inventory for indirect materials across departments such as EE, Production, FM, QA, and others.

• Conduct regular stock counting to verify inventory accuracy and reduce discrepancies.

• Forecast indirect material needs to ensure appropriate purchasing quantities aligned with operational demands.

• Execute purchasing activities via the K2 system and follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery.

• Prepare weekly, monthly warehouse and inventory status reports for the manager and department heads.

• Ensure strict compliance with safety standards and proper material handling procedures at all times

Job Requirement

Education
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration.
Experience
• Minimum of 2 years in procurement or supply chain management, with a focus on indirect materials.
Knowledge
• Proficient in English (both verbal and written communication).

• Strong command of MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Experienced with procurement systems and data analysis tools such as Microsoft BI, Power Query, Power Automate, Macros, and VBA.

• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.

*Working Location: Tan Phu Trung IZ - Cu Chi - HCMC. Shuttle bus from HCM, Binh Duong and Dong Nai are available.
