Job Description

• Prepare all necessary documents, equipment, and tools for employees to use during inspections.

• Manage office supplies, machines, and inspection equipment to ensure they are in good working condition and not damaged or past calibration due dates.

• Guide, inspect, and supervise employees in daily 5S implementation.

• Communicate with Production, QE, and TS departments to jointly verify materials/finished products identified by IPQC staff or production line.

• Monitor the handling of non-conforming materials/finished products as directed by QE/TS and higher management.

• Resolve issues arising from IPQC staff or escalate them to higher levels if unresolved.

• Arrange and assign inspection plans when there are changes in the team such as staff shortage or overtime.

• Review daily IPQC reports and provide feedback for updates or corrections if needed.

• Handover any issues or changes to the next shift during shift changes.

• Record all findings during inspections and report them to higher management.

• Report to superiors, including contacting them via phone to resolve quality issues.

Job Requirement

• Graduate from technical or vocational schools with a focus on engineering, mechanics, or electricity.

• English proficiency is a plus.

• At least 2 years of experience in QA/QC departments.

• Leadership experience in managing a team of 10 or more people.

• Familiar with QA/QC processes.

• Able to use measuring instruments and read technical drawings.

• Sharp thinking and strict adherence to requirements.

• Proficient in MS Office and report writing.

• Able to work independently.

• Willing to work in shifts.
