1. System Management:
Update and maintain the warehouse software system regularly.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of daily receiving and delivering transactions. And do some adjustments on the systems based on PMMS, ERP.
2. Reporting:
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on warehouse activities (cycle count, stock variance and transaction)
Compile and analyze data for comprehensive weekly and monthly reports.
3. Inventory Control:
Manage inventory data, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
Process daily requests for goods movement, executing transactions on the system.
4. Documentation Verification:
Verify and ensure completeness of documentation for each batch of goods received or dispatched.
Maintain a meticulous record of all delivering and receiving documents. Must be neatly and arrange follow day, week, month, year.
5. Record Keeping:
Archive and store monthly and quarterly transaction documents.
Ensure proper documentation of all warehouse activities.
6. Coordination:
Collaborate with warehouse staff for seamless operations.
Support team members in conducting stock checks and processing incoming shipments.
