Job Description

MỤC ĐÍCH CÔNG VIỆC

Responsible for the installation, alignment, commissioning, and maintenance of new machines and production lines. Provide technical support during product introductions and production startups to ensure smooth operation and continuous improvement of equipment performance, productivity, and safety.

RESPONSIBITY: 

- Receive, install, align, and commission new machines/fixtures and production lines.

- Support engineers in executing assigned projects according to schedule and handling PSR (Problem Summary Reports) for each project.

- Participate in equipment testing, evaluation, and project acceptance.

- Perform daily AM/PM maintenance checks and maintain 5S standards.

- Label fixtures/machines/equipment and update information in the management system.

- Provide on-site technical support to operators during start-up and new product launches.

- Maintain and repair equipment to ensure smooth and efficient operation.

- Support continuous improvement to increase productivity, quality, and safety.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges.

- Report project progress, issues, and resolutions to the supervisor/manager.

Job Requirement

Education: Graduate from college or above in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

Experience: At least 2–3 years of experience in manufacturing or related fields.

Knowledge: Basic knowledge of production processes, industrial equipment, and lean tools such as 5S, Kaizen.

Skill: Able to use technical software as AutoCAD, PLC programming, and MS Excel

Other skill:

  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
  • Willing to work overtime or travel domestically if required.
  • Basic English communication
