JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for executing high-volume recruitment to support production workforce demand at the assigned factory, ensuring hiring timelines and candidate quality.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES
I. Recruitment Execution
• Execute end-to-end recruitment activities:
• Source candidates via online and offline channels
• Conduct phone screening and mass interviews
• Organize and support high-volume hiring campaigns
• Ensure candidates complete onboarding procedures on time as planned
• Handle urgent or high-volume hiring requests
• Achieve daily/weekly hiring targets
II. Vendor Management
• Coordinate with labor supply vendors for candidate sourcing
• Monitor vendor progress and support them in meeting hiring targets
• Provide feedback on candidate quality from vendors
• Prepare and follow up vendor contracts/agreements in accordance with company procedures
• Handle and coordinate all documentation related to vendor onboarding and engagement
• Process and follow up payment-related paperwork for vendors
• Ensure all vendor-related documents are accurate and submitted on time for payment processing
III. Reporting & Improvement Support (10%)
• Update and report recruitment status
• Track effectiveness of recruitment channels
• Suggest improvements to enhance hiring efficiency
REQUIREMENTS
• College/University degree (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related fields)
• At least 4–6 years of recruitment experience, preferably:
• High-volume/mass hiring (workers/labor)
• Manufacturing/factory environment
• Hands-on experience in managing end-to-end recruitment activities
• Experience working with labor supply vendors and handling related processes (contracts, documentation, payment procedures) is a plus
• Experience in organizing and supporting mass hiring campaigns is preferred
• Good communication and quick problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle high-volume hiring
• Able to work under pressure and meet targets
• Proactive, flexible, and hands-on
• Good command of English (both written and spoken) is required.
