Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

The Warehouse Data System Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing data systems that support warehouse operations. This role ensures accurate data flow between warehouse systems, ERP, K2, PMMS and reporting tools to improve operational efficiency and inventory accuracy. The Warehouse Data System Specialist is also responsible for making the warehouse monthly report and controlling warehouse management system.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES

• Monitor and analyze warehouse data related to inventory, transactions, and system performance.
• Maintain and support warehouse data systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Responsible for amending, adding and updating the warehouse management procedure on the system
• Ensure data is entered into the system accurately and on time to facilitate management reporting.
• Responsible for planning and executing the daily internal audit inventory and reviewing the warehouse process and procedure.
• Responsible for making Warehouse KPIs reporting to the manager on a monthly.
• Develop reports and dashboards to support warehouse productivity and KPIs.
• Working with warehouse operation to identify opportunities for process optimization
• Warehouse people management and effective communication with partners
• Completed other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountant, Supply chain or related field.

• Great team spirit, risk/problem preventive and people management, including safety, principles, and employee motivation, etc.

• 3 years’ experience in warehouse operations and familiarity with WMS/ERP systems.

• Strong skills in data management, reporting, and database tools (Power BI, Excel, Power Query)

• Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and warehouse management system.

• Good written communication in both English and Vietnamese, Chinese will be preferred.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills across functional teams.

• Leadership and organizational skills.

*Working Location: SHTP - THu Duc - HCMC, Shuttle bus from HCM, Binh Duong and Dong Nai are available.
