Job Description

• Ensure new machines & fixture set-up, buyoff & hand-over Mass production successfully
• Prepare reports, machine documentation, and provide full training to technician team
• Establishment the change over among group product models machines, fixtures family
• Work together with crossed-functional teams in VN and oversea: to analyze failures and take proper actions for each failure related to test setup, fixture, and/or equipment
• GK/VE Productivity Initiatives: Financial awareness and clear numerical tracking
• Project management at genernal level for: NPD, NPI and other events in shop floor

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering field (Automation, Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical)
• 3~5 years of experience in manufacturing focus on launching new products, lines
• Knowledgeable in FMEA, PFMEA, RCA correlation machines and product
• Other skillsets in communication, team working are required for this position
