Job Summary

This position is part of the Talent Acquisition team and focuses on supporting recruitment marketing activities. The role is responsible for creating and promoting hiring-related content across social media platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, and others, in order to attract potential candidates and strengthen the company’s employer brand.

Job Responsibilities

Post job vacancies and promote hiring campaigns across social media platforms
Collect and manage candidate applications
Provide consultation and follow up with candidates throughout the interview process
Support and participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and campus activities
Create engaging videos, write content, and design visuals/posts to attract and grow followers across social media platforms.
Support other recruitment and employer branding activities as assigned

Job Requirement

Job Requirements

Fresh graduates or final-year students from colleges/universities
Good communication skills in English
Confident, presentable, and comfortable interacting with people
Experience in hosting or public speaking is a plus
Having personal social media channels (TikTok, Facebook, Zalo, etc.) with strong engagement is an advantage
